01 The production method steps of the film screen
1. The conductive film material is coated on the flexible transparent film, and the thickness of the conductive film is an order of magnitude lower than that of the flexible transparent film;
2. Carry out the laser etching process on the coated flexible transparent film by laser etching method to etch out the connecting lines required between the LED chip pins to form a conductive film circuit;
3. Connect the LED chip with the flexible transparent film of the etched conductive film circuit through ITO conductive electrodes or conductive ink to form a flexible LED display, and paste a protective film on the flexible LED display;
4. The conductive film circuit etched on the flexible transparent film is connected with the driving strip through the flexible circuit board to form a complete display screen.
