Parameter Classification of Transparent LED Display

After summary and classification, the parameters of Transparent LED display parameters can be divided into three categories: basic parameters, auxiliary parameters and central parameters.


1. The Basic Parameters of Transparent LED Display

Basic parameters include display width, control card address, baud rate, IP address, port number, mac address, subnet mask, gateway, rewriting frequency and shift clock frequency.

2.The Auxiliary Parameters of Transparent LED Display
The transparent LED display auxiliary parameters is a set of parameters that can be displayed and operated well. It can control the card number, communication display symbol, brightness and switch screen time.

3. The Central Parameters of Transparent LED Display
Transparent LED display center parameters are the necessary parameters to display the screen. If the setting is not accurate, the light will not be displayed and the screen will be burned.

The central parameters include cascade direction, OE polarity, data polarity, display type, color, scanning method, going point order, and line order for a total of 8 items. For devices with basic and auxiliary parameters, input boxes and selection boxes are provided for user input and selection, and these can be set directly in the interface display.


For the central parameters, this can be done using three methods: professional rapid inspection, smart devices and external documentation devices.

1. Professional adventure
For common and common transparent LED screen types, the parameters are usually fixed and can be pre-packaged into files or tables that can be selected to load the device during commissioning.

2. Smart devices
Unusual or uncertain led transparent screen parameters are unknown, and then intelligent devices can be used to determine the parameters of their devices, and then retain them for future use.

3. External file device
The smart device or other methods to build external files into the device. Among the three device methods, smart device is the main device method. Compared with the main device method, its main processes and functions are as follows.


(1) Start the smart device.

(2) After bootstrapping is completed, select the user and display through human-machine interaction to start the operation of the smart device. Fill in the initial parameters, determine the polarity/data polarity, determine the color, determine the scanning method, determine the order of points, determine the sequence, generate the device parameters, and finally complete the central parameters.

(3) Return the parameters of the smart device.

(4) Connect the monitor and set the parameters.

(5) If accurate, run the output parameters.

(6) Select external file and save it for later download. As you can see, the transparent LED display requires more than 20 parameters to light up accurately, and its complexity and confusion can be imagined.

Due to the high production cost of transparent screens, if the settings are not accurate, the display will not be displayed, or the screen will be burned, causing serious economic losses and delays. Therefore, it is understandable that some leading control software is confusing and inconvenient in terms of stability, insurance and planning.
