This time we are working with Melbourne Cable Park in Australia. Our engineer was invited to beautiful Australia to help them install and use the LED screen. So LEDFUL has a chance to share the details and procedures of the entire project to let more of our clients better understand what we exactly do with our LED display.


Before this, we had a long time discussing each detail with our client Ian, we both except to make this outdoor LED display project as perfect as we can. At last, we decided to choose our OF6 product and determined the final structure design. After 20 days' production and 16 days' shipping, the LED screen arrived here smoothly.


Firstly we installed the structure. The ordered steel structure materials were assembled well according to the design drawing. The structure was made of high-strength steel which was not only strong but also stable and not easy to get rusty. Since it was a screen using for outdoor advertising, the two columns were buried about one meter underground with cement pouring on the ground to ensure stability of the steel structure.


After finishing the steel structure, we installed the cabinets to form a complete LED screen, which is simple and was done less than only half of the day! And then, connect the net cables, make powers on, debug the screen program and play videos. Everything worked!
