What are the installation skills of LED display must pay attention to?

1. Preparation before installing

Operators need to wear the appropriate anti-static bracelet and gloves and wear a good helmet, safety belt, which is double guarantee the quality of the product and the personal safety of the installer.

2. Process during installing

① Connecting to ground requirements: all construction tools and LED display steel structure must be strictly grounding need, like grounding resistance less than 42.
②Anti-static requirements: in a dry environment, it should be properly humidified, which will be effectively helpfull to reduce static electricity on the lamp, the chip and other electronic components of the damage.
③Protective structrue: Protective screen structure can avoid sharp edges cut personnel, to ensure the use of safety
④Cable connection: it's necessary to install screen with the help of professionals. Power supply port must be correctly connected corresponding to the positive and negative poles. if not , wiring errors will lead to a short-circuit of the power supply, resulting in damage to the components.
⑤Supply voltage: screen module’s the maximum working voltage is 5.5V, it can not be connected to 220V, otherwise it will cause damage to the screen. But screen’s power input supply can be used for 220V or 110V

3. Completion after installing

①Construction protection: after installation completed, that site is strictly prohibited again construction work to prevent the LED display by the impact of high current (such as welding, chainsaw and other equipment operation) and the impact of dust; if there is a need for construction work, LED display must have special protective treatment.
②Confrimation for waterproof performance: the first rainy day after finishing installation of outdoor screen, it's necessary to check the waterproof system of the LED display to ensure screen's normal operation
